Driving Test Fail
I have been waiting to drive for the past 16 years of my life.
When I finally turn 16, I have to wait a whole 4 days to get my apprentice liscence, and I do.
Then, I have to wait 6 months so I can go to and make a date with CESCO (which is the place you go in Puerto Rico for all things driving related). My mother does the whole process, pays the 20$ to get the seal we need and blah blah blah.
